• SnapFits provides assembly services based on customer-provided instructions and materials.

• SnapFits is not responsible for missing or defective parts supplied by the furniture manufacturer.

• Customers must ensure the furniture and assembly area are accessible and safe before the technician's arrival.

Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• SnapFits reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 25% fee of the agreed amount for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

• Late payments may incur additional fees.

Liability

• SnapFits will not be liable for damages caused by defective furniture components or improper usage after assembly.

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. SnapFits is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Customers must inform SnapFits of any issues within 24 hours of service completion. SnapFits will assess and, if necessary, address any valid claims.

Booking and Cancellation

• Bookings can be made through our website, email, or phone. Confirmation of your booking constitutes acceptance of these terms.

• Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 25% fee of the agreed amount.

Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure that the furniture is in the correct location for assembly and provide all necessary components and instructions.

• SnapFits is not liable for errors caused by incomplete or unclear instructions provided by the manufacturer.

Privacy and Data Protection
